It is important to have good "branding" for an AirBNB. A name for the property is a good start. My husband usually beats me to the punch on all naming. He christened this new property "Hillside Haven". It is on the top of a hill with a beautiful view. And we hope it will be a haven for many.
Then he used his artistic skills to create a sign for the front of the house. (BTW that quart of paint was $28 from Home Depot. That is why we are going with $17 a gallon paint from Habitat Restore.) Eight days to closing .... Update: Hung this sign by the front door. Also painted a large "Hillside" sign on the side of the well house.
